Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or promotional drops.
We are not responsible for:
- Delayed shipments caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
